With support from Arts Council England, the Thames Group's first major show was a travelling mixed media exhibition entitled 'Sweet Thames Run Softly' which featured a body of work inspired by one of the greatest poems of the 20th century, TS Eliot’s The Waste Land.

This unique installation appeared at arts festivals, galleries and colleges of further education along the River Thames between London and Southend-on-Sea from July to September 2015.
